Cancellation Policy

Winter Art Camp Program Terms and Conditions 1. Enrollment and Registration Eligibility: Open to students in grades K-8. Enrollment is first-come, first-served. Daily and Weekly Rates: $75 per day or $275 for all camp days. 2. Payment and Refunds Payment Due: Full payment is required in advance to secure enrollment. No Refunds: Payments are final, with no refunds for missed days or withdrawals. 3. Health and Safety Medical Info: Parents must provide medical details, including allergies and special needs. Illness: Sick children should not attend; parents will be contacted for immediate pick-up if a child falls ill. CPR/First Aid: Certified staff on-site. 4. Behavior Guidelines Conduct: Respectful behavior is expected; disruptive conduct may result in expulsion from the program . 5. Transportation Responsibility: A reliable adult is responsible for drop-off and pick-up. 6. Liability Insurance: We are fully insured but not liable for incidents due to misuse or negligent behavior. 7. Emergency Procedures Contacts: In emergencies, we will reach out to the provided primary and alternate contacts. Medical Actions: Certified staff will take appropriate action, including calling 911 if needed. 8. Changes to Terms Modifications: We may modify these terms; changes will be communicated in writing. 9. Acceptance of Terms Agreement: By enrolling, you agree to all program terms and conditions.
