Reservations

How do I book a reservation for a private event?

  • If you are interested in booking a private event, submit a Private Event Inquiry Form and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

  • When you are ready to confirm your event you will receive an invoice to pay the deposit to hold your event date & time.

  • A minimum deposit of $150 is required 3 weeks prior to your event to close our studio, with the total balance due 7 calendar days prior to your event.

  • Deposits are credited towards your event and covers the spots for 3 guests

How do I register for a public class?

  • To register for an upcoming class, please visit our Event Calendar page.

  • Select your favorite painting and/or date that works best for you and register to secure your seat(s).

  • We highly recommend you register in advance to secure your seat; classes fill up quickly.

  • Walk-ins are welcome 15-30 minutes prior to class start if we have open seats available.

How do I cancel my private party reservation?

  • Deposits or guest payments toward private events are NON-REFUNDABLE but may be used to attend future public paint events within 3 months of cancel request.

  • If you need to cancel your private event, please email or call us to receive store credit.

How do I cancel my public party reservation?

  • If you must cancel, please allow at least a 48-hour notice by emailing or calling us to open the cancelled seat to a guest on our waiting list.

  • We will give you a store credit valid to use towards another class for up to 3 months from the cancellation date. You can also transfer your credit to another guest. Just email us the name of the person you would like to use your ticket.

  • No reschedules will be given if you cancel within 24 hours of the event.

  • Due to the intricacy and preparation of our classes, TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We appreciate your understanding.

 

I'm running late! Can I still come to class?

  • We recommend showing up early to prevent any missed instruction.

  • If you arrive in studio more than 1 hour late, we recommend rescheduling your class.

  • If you decide to stay and paint with us, we will do our best to get you caught up with the rest of the class.
