Wine Down Wednesday: REGGAE Paint Night

WHAT IS OPEN STUDIO?:

This is a 2 hour, paint event with a stenciled canvas and open paint. This is NOT a guided instruction class. However, there will be an instructor present who may assist you in creating a masterpiece of your own. 

Choose from the featured stenciled canvas for the night OR a blank canvas to create your own piece

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

The price includes everything needed for the session, 11x14 canvas, paint, paintbrushes, aprons, and great music. There is no instructor for this event. Customize your own painting and fill it in on your own. Each painter takes home the canvas they paint at the end of the event!

COVID SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

Hand sanitizer is available when you walk in,  masks are preferred by all staff and guests, and temperatures will be taken upon entry. You and anyone in your party will be seated together. The studio, bathroom, and all supplies are disinfected before and after each class.

WHAT TO BRING: 

Bring your own bottle! Must Be 21 & Older to consume alcohol on premises. You are welcome to bring any snacks you prefer or to order food to the studio. If you bring food/snacks, don’t forget to bring your own plates, napkins and utensils.  We have a refrigerator available, ice, and cups are provided.

SEATING: 

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get uncorked, smocked & in your seat! If you desire more time to unwind, visit with friends & breathe before we get twisted, we invite you to arrive up to 30 minutes prior to start time. Only paid painters are allowed in the studio during class. There is a strict *NO SPECTATORS POLICY. 

EVENT PHOTOS & VIDEO: 

We take pictures and videos of our classes for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media promotions. If you do not want to be included, please advise a staff member upon arrival. If we inadvertently include you in a social media picture, please contact us and we will be happy to remove it.  

PAYMENT POLICY: 

Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat. If you choose to pay at the door, please call our studio to make sure we have availaibility and can setup for you. 

BOOKING TIME:

The booking window for purchasing an event ticket closes two hours before the event start time. If you happen to book after the window closes, you will be at risk of losing your spot and receiving a studio credit. Please give yourself ample time to purchase your tickets!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Allure Art Studio has a firm NO REFUND policy. Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance of the event will be issued a store credit for the full amount paid, towards another event that occurs within 90 days of the original reservation.
• Cancellations made with less than a 24 hours notice or failure to show will NOT have the option to receive a store credit or reschedule even in emergency situations. This includes reservations made less than 24 hours before the start of the event.
• IF A CLASS DOES NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT RESERVATIONS, THE CLASS MAY BE CANCELED. PARTICIPANTS MAY ONLY OPT TO RESCHEDULE.
• NO-SHOWS OR MORE THAN 30 MINUTE LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT.
• Allure Art Studio reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. We try to notify registrants 24 hours prior to class time and you will receive store credit.
