R&B Yoga w/ I AM YOGI

WHAT TO EXPECT:

A one-hour session of yoga and meditation to some of your favorite slow jams and chill r&b. Get ready to restore your sexy, relieve pain and tension in the muscle, ease joint aches, and relax the mind enough to reset and refocus. You will flow at a sweet pace as you breathe, align and adjust the body through stretches. You will feel relaxed, content and overall sexy!

WHAT TO BRING:

Wear anything that you feel comfortable working out in. We will be barefoot or wear socks. No shoes allowed on the studio floor.  You can bring water and a yoga mat but we will have yoga mats available for purchase at the event.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

We are practicing social distancing with our seating, hand sanitizer is available when you walk in, and masks are required by all staff and guests, and temperatures will be taken upon entry. You and anyone in your party will be tey to be placed together. The studio space and bathrooms are disinfected before and after each class. 

SEATING: 

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get ready for the session. If you desire more time to unwind, visit with friends & breathe before we get started, we invite you to arrive up to 30 minutes prior to start time. Only paid participants are allowed in the studio during class. There is a strict *NO SPECTATORS POLICY. 

EVENT PHOTOS & VIDEO: 

We take pictures and videos of our classes for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media promotions. If you do not want to be included, please advise a staff member upon arrival. If we inadvertently include you in a social media picture, please contact us and we will be happy to remove it.  

PAYMENT POLICY: 

Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat. If you choose not to pay online, please call our studio to make payment by phone. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  If notified within 48 hours in advance from the event we can issue studio credit to be used for another event. We do not accept cancellations by phone, email requests must be received. Please send your request for a credit to allure.artstudio@yahoo.com. Loss of credit will occur if no email has been received 48 hours prior to the class start time.
