Featured Artist Fridays: WAITING TO EXHALE Paint Night

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

The price includes everything needed for the session, 11x14 canvas, paint, paintbrushes, aprons, instructor, and great music. Customize your own painting details plus add glitter to make it shine! Each painter takes home the canvas they paint at the end of the event! Choose your canvas option from either the Waitinig to Exhale cover, Whitney Houston singing, or Angela Bassett blowing the car up LOL

GROUPS:

Groups will be seated together. You may purchase tickets together or individually. If purchasing tickets individually, please ask ALL guests to type the host name or a group name (example: Danielle’s 35th B-Day) in the notes section of the order. Failure to do so will result in guests being seated randomly. This cannot be undone.

If more than one table is required to accommodate your group, we will make sure they are next to each other. We reserve the right to seat groups in the best way possible as per building/fire code regulations. If you have an odd number of guests in your party, you may have one or more person(s) from the group seated at the table directly next to you.

COVID SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

Hand sanitizer is available when you walk in,  masks are preferred by all staff and guests, and temperatures will be taken upon entry. You and anyone in your party will be seated together. The studio, bathroom, and all supplies are disinfected before and after each class.

WHAT TO BRING: 

Bring your own bottle! Must Be 21 & Older to consume alcohol on premises. You are welcome to bring any snacks you prefer or to order food to the studio. If you bring food/snacks, don’t forget to bring your own plates, napkins and utensils.  We have a refrigerator available, ice, and cups are provided.

SEATING: 

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get uncorked, smocked & in your seat! If you desire more time to unwind, visit with friends & breathe before we get twisted, we invite you to arrive up to 30 minutes prior to start time. Only paid painters are allowed in the studio during class. There is a strict *NO SPECTATORS POLICY. 

GRATUITY:

Our artists are at the core of what makes us unique. Each artist was carefully picked for his/her personality and unique set of skills. Gratuity/tips for the artists/assistants is not included but greatly appreciated. EVENT PHOTOS & VIDEO: 

We take pictures and videos of our classes for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media promotions. If you do not want to be included, please advise a staff member upon arrival. If we inadvertently include you in a social media picture, please contact us and we will be happy to remove it.  

PAYMENT POLICY: 

Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat. If you choose to pay at the door, please call our studio to make sure we have availaibility and can setup for you. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

We require more than 24 hrs notice to provide you a non-expiring store credit. Less than 24 hours notice, no store credit. Parties of 10 or more must cancel 7 days before the date of the class. (Please leave a message if calling after hours as calls are time stamped.) NO-SHOWS OR MORE THAN 30 MINUTE LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT. Allure Art Studio reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. We try to notify registrants 24 hours prior to class time and refunds will be processed.
